Built for the Rooms Southern Highlands Actually Has
The homes inside the Southern Highlands gates aren't the standard-issue install. Screens run 75 to 98 inches. Fireplace surrounds are stone or large-format tile that cannot be drilled twice. Great rooms are tall enough that a mount set at ordinary living-room height ends up wrong for every seat in the room.
So the plan comes first: seating distance, eye line, surround material, and where the wiring can physically run. Then the bracket and the in-wall route get chosen around that. The result reads as part of the architecture rather than something bolted onto it after the fact.

Southern Highlands TV Mounting FAQ
How do you handle gate entry at Southern Highlands?
Add us to your visitor list in advance, send the gate code, or have the guard call you when we arrive. Gate check-in time is built into the arrival window, so the gate never makes the appointment run late.
Can you mount an 85-inch or 98-inch TV?
Yes. Southern Highlands great rooms and dedicated media rooms are routinely sized for 75-inch to 98-inch screens. We use heavy-duty mounts rated well past the panel weight and set viewing height for the larger format rather than a generic 42-inch rule.
Will the wiring be completely hidden?
Yes. In-wall power and A/V runs are standard on these homes, including behind stone and tile fireplace surrounds where the finish has to stay untouched. Nothing visible, no raceway on a feature wall.
Do you work with builders and interior designers?
Yes. We coordinate pre-wire locations with a builder or designer before drywall closes, then return for final mount and calibration after the room is finished.
Is the appointment discreet?
We work inside a scheduled arrival window, protect finished surfaces, and leave the job site clean. We can also give HOA or gate staff advance vendor notice where the community requires it.
What does a Southern Highlands install cost?
It scales with screen size, wall construction and whether a full media room is involved. Given the scope on these homes, we confirm everything after a photo or an on-site walkthrough so the number is settled before work begins.
